We grow several different varieties of sweet cherries including Bing (from the Washington orchards), Lambert (similar to Bing), Lapin (firmer and later), and Rainier (light yellow with red blush). We also grow a limited amount of pie cherries (sour). Our cherries are sold by the pound or in 20 pound boxes.

Canned sweet cherries: Our fabulous Flathead Sweet Cherries are available to be enjoyed year round. These are canned at a professional canning plant using sugar so they taste just like home canned cherries. Pits are left intact to enhance the natural flavor and shape of the cherries.

Jam, syrup, juice and fudge: We have home-made quality jams available at our store in Montana. These are just like Grandma used to make, sweet and full of flavor and made onsite. The following jams are available: sweet cherry, pie cherry, huckleberry, (a wild berry similar to a blueberry) and cherry-huckleberry. We also have cherry ice cream topping, cherry syrup, cherry juice and cherry chocolate fudge.

Chaisins (dried cherries): Chaisins are made by drying the cherries in a commercial food dehydrator. While chaisins are similar to raisins, they have a flavor similar to dried prunes. They are great for cooking as well as for snacking. No sugar or preservatives are added.
